3.1 Export a PDF Report – Portfoliometrics

The PDF report is an essential tool for users working in professional or client-facing roles. It lets you generate polished summaries of your portfolio analysis – perfect for investor updates, consulting work, or internal documentation. This feature saves time, adds credibility, and supports better communication of your strategy.

🛠️ What you can customize

Click the PDF Report button at the bottom of your strategy inputs to open the export popup.

Once clicked, a popup will appear where you can select or deselect any of the following eight sections:

Cover Page

Report Confguration

Key Metrics

Value Analysis

Asset Comparison

Performance Analysis

Risk Analysis

Monte Carlo Simulation

Efficient Frontier

All sections are selected by default, but you can customize the report to focus on what matters to your audience.

Click Generate PDF Report to start the process. A loading screen will briefly appear. Once it's ready, click Download PDF Report. The file will contain your selected sections, organized cleanly with charts, tables, and a clear structure.

While the current version already offers strong value, we're planning to add further customization options in future releases. These will allow even finer control over layout and branding.
